Spot Plates

Spot plate with 5uL D. acidovorans ATCC and Cs1-4. The ATCC spots are rounder and smaller than the Cs1_4 spots. Spot plate with 10 uL D. acidovorans ATCC and CS1-4. Again, ATCC is smaller and rounder. AFTER 48 HOURS:
